The Right Solution for Your Filtration Challenge
Sefar coolant filter belts are used for efficient filtration of oil and emulsion in metalworking and related industries. Our high-performance fabrics and closures ensure clean coolant, easy installation, and extended tool life.
Filter Media Technology
Sefar offers a broad range of filter media tailored to the specific needs of coolant filtration. From fine to coarse metal chips, our products cover all typical belt filter applications. Each fabric is engineered for reliable performance, high permeability, and compatibility with oil and emulsion-based coolants.

SEFAR TETEX DLW® is a double-layer weave for fine to large metal chips on large belts. The COOLANT version offers high air permeability for improved flow rate and resists delamination in emulsions, ensuring reliable, long-lasting performance.

SEFAR TETEX MONO® is used for filtering medium to large metal chips, primarily on large vacuum or pressure belt filters. The strong monofilament design provides stable performance, high mechanical strength, and dependable particle retention.

SEFAR® PETEX is an open mesh fabric designed for coarse metal chip removal and for use as a support fabric in paper-based filters. The robust structure and high permeability enable reliable filtration and efficient handling of high solids loads.
Made to Fit.
Closure Systems
Choose between robust metal clippers or flat, particle-tight synthetic closures. Both options ensure safe, reliable installation tailored to your process needs.
